Rebecca Goldsworthy is the head of the Property and Probate Department, ably assisted by Ceri Ritchie, Jane Davies and Susan Brooks.

Rebecca specialises in all aspects of Residential Conveyancing including Sales, Purchases, Re-mortgages and Transfers of Equity. She is also an experienced private client solicitor dealing with wills, estate planning, trusts and probate.

Like Rebecca, Ceri is an experienced residential conveyancing solicitor, but specialises in company law and commercial property. She has undertaken a wide range of work for landlords and tenants in lettings of industrial, retail and licensed premises.

Ceri has acted in both disposal and acquisitions of businesses and development sites.

Both Jane Davies and Susan Brooks have many years experience of dealing with all aspects of residential conveyancing.
