In spite of the finance proceedings (called Ancillary Relief) being an inevitable part of the Divorce or Dissolution proceedings, they are separate. We will attempt to reach a financial agreement on your behalf and will always try to avoid having to go to court if at all possible.
Sometimes, this is not always realistic and a court application may be inevitable. If this is the case, you can rest assured that we will provide you with the best possible representation at court and we will strive to gain the best outcome on your behalf.
