Ceri Ritchie

Ceri qualified as a Solicitor in 2004 and is principally a specialist in company law and commercial and residential property. Ceri has undertaken a wide range of work for commercial landlords and tenants in the grant of new leases for industrial, retail and licensed premises, business lease renewals and the assignment and surrender of existing leases. Included in her case load are freehold acquisitions and sales, residential developments and disposal and acquisitions of businesses. Ceri continues to act for local developers and for purchases of large scale residential developments as well as for lenders.

Ceri is a member of the Professional Association of Diving Instructors and holds a rescue diver certificate. Ceri also enjoys running.
