James Harris

James qualified as a Solicitor in 2005 and has since specialised in Criminal Law and been actively engaged in representing defendants on any and all charges in both the Magistrates Court and the Police Station. He is a Duty Solicitor and as such has dealt with all types of offences up to and including attempted murder.

James additionally has a particular expertise in dealing with benefit fraud cases involving both the Department for Work and Pensions and the Local Authority and with prior experience as a welfare benefits advisor his understanding of the benefits system has on many occasions been used to the advantage of his clients.
