Michelle Spencer

Michelle is a member of the Institute of Legal Executives with some 8 years experience of Criminal Defence Work.

Michelle undertakes all aspects of criminal work from representing clients at the Police Station to the preparation of Magistrates Court and Crown Court cases, with responsibility for the co-ordination of all cases dealt with by the Criminal Law Team at Martyn Prowel Solicitors.

Michelle regularly instructs experts for Crown Court cases on issues such as DNA identification evidence, road traffic accident collision reports and reconstruction, computer hard drive analysis, mobile telephone analysis and firearms analysis. Michelle has prepared a number of Murder and Manslaughter cases and cases of a serious sexual nature.
