Sue has many years of experience of residential conveyancing having worked in the law since 1988, qualifying as a Licensed Paralegal in 1992. Sue worked in a large Oxford firm for 15 years before returning to South Wales in 2006. Sue specialises in all aspects of residential conveyancing including Sales, Purchases, Re-mortgages, Transfers of Equity, New Build Properties, Freehold, Leasehold, Shared Ownership and, Council House Right- to- Buy Purchases.
