Setting out the terms of a settlement
in the event of a divorce or separation prior to the
marriage or cohabitation is becoming a more popular option
for couples.
In spite of prenuptial agreements not being enforceable
in England and Wales, proving certain conditions have
been met, they can be an important consideration of the
court in financial disputes and in certain circumstances,
hugely persuasive.
