Rebecca Goldsworthy is the head of the
Property and Probate Department, ably assisted by Ceri
Ritchie as assistant solicitor.
Rebecca has been with Martyn Prowel Solicitors for two
years and specialises in residential conveyancing, including
re-mortgages, transfers of ownership and equity release.
She is also an experienced private client solicitor dealing
with wills, estate planning, trusts and probate.
Like Rebecca, Ceri is an experienced residential conveyancing
solicitor, but specialises in company law and commercial
property. She has undertaken a wide range of work
for landlords and tenants in lettings of industrial,
retail and licensed premises.
Ceri has acted in both
disposal and acquisitions of businesses and development
sites.
