The Civil Litigation department, is led by Hywel Davies, a Founder partner, assisted by fellow partner, Caron Rockey. The team is experienced in the fields of Civil Litigation, Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury and has a fine reputation and good success record winning many cases. If you require legal services in one or more of these areas, then Martyn Prowel Solicitors are well placed to offer assistance.

The Crime and Motoring department has three partners: Martyn Prowel, Geraint Richards and James Lynch. The department provides legal services in the areas of Fraud and White Collar Crime, which includes Very High Cost Cases; as well as dealing with police station, magistrates court and crown court cases.

The Family Law Department covers divorce, children and family issues and is headed by Grant Stephens, a member of the Family Law Panel.  Robert Edwards, one of Wales’ most recognised Family Law Solicitors, is a Consultant to the department.

The Wills and Probate department, which includes Power of Attorney, Court of Protection, and Equity Release matters, is headed by Kay Winston.
