Please note that there are strict time limits in which to lodge a claim with The Employment Tribunal, so we suggest that you Contact Us as soon as possible. The time limits for taking your claim to the Tribunal depend upon what your complaint is about however in most cases it is only three months from the date of the termination of your employment.
