James has 14 years’ post qualification experience and 11 of them have been spent dealing with serious and complex fraud cases prosecuted by the Crown Prosecution Service, H M Customs & Excise and the Counter Fraud Department of the NHS. James is recognised by the Legal Services Commission by virtue of his experience as a Level “A” Litigator, qualified to act in Very High Cost Cases. In addition to fraud work, James has many years of experience of dealing with other serious criminal prosecutions including: murder, attempt murder, armed robbery and serious sexual offences.
