James Lynch

James has over 16 years post-qualification experience and during that time has successfully represented clients charged with murder, attempt murder, fraud, armed robbery, drug offences, blackmail and serious sexual offences which were before the Crown Court at Cardiff, Newport and Swansea. 

James is recognised by the Legal Services Commission as a “Level ‘A’ Litigator” qualified to act in “Very High Costs Cases” which include cases where a Crown Court Trial is likely to last between 25 and 40 days with at least 10,000 pages of Prosecution evidence.  James has dealt with Prosecutions brought by the Crown Prosecution Service, H M Customs and Excise and the Counter Fraud Department of the NHS.

James maintains a presence in the Magistrates Court having practised there for many years on a daily basis as well as attending to represent clients at Police Stations. 

James is a member of the Police Station and Magistrates Court Duty Solicitor Rota for Cardiff.
