The costs of drawing up a Will vary depending on the complexity of the Will required. We charge £110 plus VAT for a straight-forward Will, £150 plus VAT for a pair of “mirror Wills” where, for example, a husband and wife make Wills which are almost exact copies of each other.
However, if Wills are required involving discretionary trusts and tax planning, then separate specific estimates will be given based on the time that it is anticipated will be needed properly to advise and prepare such Wills for signature. |
